Flexible schedule
The VIBE program encourages students to build their own schedules by considering what works best for them. For example, a student who struggles in math may want to build a schedule that splits math into two chunks, and put something fun in-between. Students will each have a blend of independent work time and online meetings with teachers and classmates.

Student leadership and mentoring
Students who lead in school will become leaders in business and industry in the future. In the VIBE program, students have many opportunities to take leadership roles. This may come in mentoring younger students, planning activities, or even helping to plan in-person power lessons.
